MessageThe Drake Party supports this bill as it recognizes that most prisoners will be released into society some day. We should then ensure that they are able to support themselves in society, so crime is a less appealing option for them.

MessageMay we get specifics? How much money per year will it cost to support this project?

Where will these centers for rehab be built?

Otherwise, I fully support the bill.

MessagePrisons will need to be made larger to accomodate learning centers, and, if not already done, all criminals assured release into society shall need to be separated from those sent for life. This will separate the most desperate from the waiting and ease rehabilitation.
