Description[?]:
1.) By passage of this law "RP: Structure of the Government of the Ahmadi Republic of Solentia" and all other former rp laws are abolished. 2.) The First soldier is head of the military, police and all intelligence service of Solentia. All employees and solider in these sections have to give a pledge of alligence to the First Soldier. The defence minister advises the First Solider. 3.) The First Soldier is being appointed by the party with the most votes in the Saspain area for a period of 10 years. A reselection is possible. 4.) The military has to ensure and protect the capitalistic and conservative as well as religious nature of Solentia. It also has to protect the country from chaos and ensure an orderly governance. 4.1.) The military has the right to intervene if any of these tasks are under threat. 5.) The military and police and security agencies shall have an own judical system. Members of the military and police are only subject to the verdicts of these military and police courts 5.1) There shall be no overseight over the military and police and security services and its activities by any official or unofficial body. 6.) This is a constitutional amendment and can be changed/abolished/passed according to the game rules. |
