Message | Strike ballots are a tool of management to intimidate workers out of striking. Votes on Strike ballots can easily be recorded by bosses and retaliation against those who vote for a strike, whether they go on strike of not is almost certain. Why does the Liberal Party wish to tip the scales in favor of the bosses, management, and investors by kneecapping the right of Unions to Strike? |

Message | Why do the Socialists seek to allow corruptible union leaders the power to force their own members into striking regardless of the actual democratic will of the workers? We don't deny that union busting and intimidation exist, but there are already measures in place to protect the important role that trade unions play in ensuring workers' rights. We also recognize that the workers themselves, and not just the union leaders, must have a say in what the tactics to achieve those rights shall be. |

Message | There is internal democracy within unions. This bill is pro management yo it’s core, and The Socialist Party will always stand with workers against management. |

Message | You say there is internal democracy, but what democracy is there without the explicit approval of the majority being required for actions to be taken? |
