The Education System of Telamon shall hereby be run by private entities. "Royal Education Fund" (Konunglegur menntasjóður, KMJ) is the national public-benefit nonprofit corporation coordinator regarding education.

Article I: Education in Telamon shall be privatized coordinated by HRH Government public-benefit nonprofit education corporations.

Article II: All primary and secondary education institutions will be represented and coordinated by the "Konunglegur menntasjóður" ("Royal Education Fund"). The KMJ shall be an independent, non-profit organization chartered by the Government and the Ministry of Education that is dedicated coordinating and observing the education of all Telamon youth who attend their institutions. This charter can be revoked if the HRH Government deems the organization to be failing in their effort at education.

Article III: The Government supports the foundation financially through a series of payments that shall decline roughly 1/4 of the current amount every year for three years before which the RMJ shall be responsible for its own financial sustainability.

Article IV: The RMJ shall be and maintain its status as an independent non-profit entity it will report to and is responsible directly to the Ministry of Education.The composition of the RMJ shall hereby be made up of representatives of all the school districts and entities of Telamon. Defining and regulating of all the school districts and entities shall fall under the jurisdiction and oversight of the RMJ.

Article V: The RMJ shall reserve the Chair as a position to be held by the Grand Chancellor. The Co-Chair will be a representative from the institution of the monarchy. The Chair and Co-Chair positions shall be honorary only.

Article VI: The RMJ shall reserve an acting position on its Board to be held by the Minister of Education. Similarly, a percentage of the RMJs Board seats shall be held by representatives of parents, the several Farthings, teachers unions, and the school districts or entities.

Article VII: Recognized teachers unions shall be members of the RMJ and provide active seats on the Board. Teachers unions will be chartered members approved by the Government, the Ministry of Education, and the Grand Chancellor.
