Old value:: The government introduces means tested loans for higher education tuition, to be paid back by students after earnings reach a certain amount.
Current: The government subsidizes tuition only for students from families classified as low-income or poor.
Proposed: The government subsidizes higher education tuition to a certain amount, the rest is covered by the individual students. This includes scholarship programs.

Message | We can agree with Article 2 only. The people can choose if they want to attend school after 16. If not, then that is their choice. It doesn't make them bad... sometimes additional schooling for certain jobs is not needed or required. So why waste two years of the people's lives? |

Message | It prevents the poor from being forced out of school and get a job to support their families. The more education a person has the more choices they have in life. Education is never wasted. However we do not feel it should be strictly book learning, options for other styles of teaching should be permitted. |
