For it to pass it requires, per the rules, "a 2/3 majority Yes vote from active parties currently holding seats," but may be repealed with a simple majority vote.] An Act to make provision for the reorganisation of the security and internal intelligence services. Be it enacted by the Imperial Diet, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈 Establishes the Imperial Security Service, replacing the existing Imperial Security Department. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈 That the Imperial Security Service shall be under the direct authority and control of the Crown. 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐈𝐈 Authorises the Imperial Security Service to take any actions it sees fit, without restriction, in defence of the realm, its security and interests, and the Crown.
