It is agreed and so ordered by the Assembly: A. Administrative 1. HoS title is now Supreme Commander. 2. IDs are issued to all, but not required to carry them. 3. Adult age is 18. 4. Assembly is now Junta; Assemblymen are now Commanders. 5. Nationality only to those born in the nation or born to a national. 6. National animal is Springbok. 7. National motto is Order and Progress. 8. National sport is archery. 9. Provinces are now Sectors. 10. Larger regions have more representatives. B. Military 1. The nation reserves the right to use biological/chemical weapons. 2. The people own all defense firms. 3. The military has a don't ask, don't tell policy. 4. The military is the defacto police force. C. Health 1. Health and safety regulations are under the purview of the local government. D. Economics 1. Advertising must meet standards. 2. Child Labor is under Local Government authority. 3.
