Description[?]:

This is a list of reforms to our national constitution to change our system from a near Unitarian Republican to a parliamentary democracy.

Powers of the president:
The president will have veto power over all votes besides the budget that can be override by a 2/3rds majority of the parliament.

Party organization:
All parties with 6 members or more will be eligible for a caucus. This caucus status guarantees them a caucus room, a garentee question during PMQ and at least one seat on all committees.
