Voting deadline: April 2228

MessageThe GPP believes that freedom of choice and fair competition results in higher standards across the board and benefit all our citizens. Therefore we can not support the first article whatsoever.

As for the second article, we could support an amended version that restricts teacher-led prayers to only religious schools in the name of separation of church and state.

MessageReligious freedom is one thing when people also have the freedom to choose. When it is imposed on them, at a vulnerable age, that is not freedom.

MessageWe've heard that neo-con rhetoric before from the FCP, but also by many RL people that interestingly seem to have financial interests at stake. Anyway, we've also more than answered that rhetoric before.

MessageIt is neither tolerant nor free to ban religion related things in schools, or anywhere for that matter, so long as it does not cause a risk to life or limb (i.e., wearing Muslim headdress where it might get caught in machinery).

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too.
