A constitutional amendment to the selection process of the Consuls.

Article XII is modified to read:

𝐀𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐗𝐈𝐈.The Consuls shall be elected by popular vote. Simultaneously with the selection of the People's Assembly the election for the Consuls shall take place. The Consular candidate that wins a majority of votes can nominate the remainder of the cabinet, including the other Consul, which must be approved by the People's Assembly. Should no candidate win a majority of the vote, a runoff election will take place.
