Message | Cannot support this act, the first article is a waste of police numbers, most "illegal" citizens are working active productive lives without causing any grief to the nation. Police numbers could be better used elsewheres |
Date | 10:14:12, May 13, 2006 CET | From | Social Devolutionist | To | Debating the Croydon Act |
Message | 1and three I would have difficulty supporting. They are obviously consistent with each other, a greater role for the police being backed up by civilian involvement of the police, but I do not feel that either the greater role or the involvement of the army in civilian policing (other than in times of national emergency), is justified. No 2 is a sensible and practical initiative, to get such matters out of the federal court system. |
