| By the gracious decree of His Majesty, Severus I, Albinus Gracchus shall henceforth be invested as Dux Sadarianus, and head of the new House of Gracchus. The position shall be established as hereditary, with his eldest child, Theodosius Gracchus, as his presumptive heir. He is henceforth entitled to land, with several castles throughout Sadaria being prepared to house him and his family. He has chosen a castle in Florentia as his primary residence from which he will perform a number of administrative duties, namely: 1 - The Dux shall be responsible for overseeing the raising of taxes within the Provincia of Sadaria. • 1a.) The Dux shall be obligated to share this responsibility with the Consul of the Provinica of Sadaria. 2 - The Dux shall be allowed to nominate an individual for Consul of the Provincia of Sadaria. • 2a.) This nomination must be ratified by a majority of Sadaria’s Senatus Provincialis. 3 - The Dux will be responsible for the government of Sadaria, and is expected to manage it with good stewardship on behalf of His Majesty Severus I.
