Description[?]:

This bill seeks to loosen the restrictions on the exportation of firearms and other weapons.

Article 1)
It is legal to export civilian grade weapons without restriction. Whereas civilian grade weapons are defined as weapons that do not have selective fire features, are not capable automatic fire, and do not by their design support explosive ammunition.

Article 2)
It is unlawful to sell or possess without proper authorization any form of Restricted Weapons Technology. Whereas a Restricted Weapons Technology is defined as Nuclear, Biological, and Experimental weaponry.

Article 3)
Military grade weapons maybe freely exported to any of Hutori's official allies without further restriction. Whereas military grade weapons are defined as any weapon not falling under the categories of "Civilian Grade Weapons" or under that of "Restricted Weapons Technologies"

Article 4)
The sale of Restricted Weapons Technologies must be approved by parliament and clearly out line all relevant information of the sale.

Article 5)
The sale of Military Grade Weapons to anyone other than official allies of the state of Hutori must be approved by the ministry of defense and the foreign affairs office.
