Bill: Freedom of Speech Protection Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Sekowan Freedom Party
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: October 2227
Description[?]:
We do not believe it is right for the government to force violate the freedom of speech of a child even if it is for the national anthem. Invite the student, sure, but forced witness/allegiance to a flag is indoctrination and could very easily backfire into rebellion. And if anyone wishes to propose that no harm could come of such force, please remember that earlier this year, children were forced to worship Renner through that very law. |
Proposals
Article 1
Proposal[?] to change Singing the national anthem in schools.
Old value:: Children are only made to sing the national anthem on special occasions.
Current: Children are never made to sing the national anthem.
Proposed: Children are never made to sing the national anthem.
