The Imperial Security Service having been reformed by Prime Minister Thomas upon taking office in 5058, maintained by successive governments, until the government of Richard Billinghay decided to cancel the Reforms in 5069, the Prime Minister Murray decided to put his reforms back on the agenda, but this time the Prime Minister decided to go about it in a less dictatorial way than his predecessor, indeed Henry Thomas used his executive power without no shame, William Murray has decided to warn the Palace and the Emperor of his intention to postpone the reforms of the Security Service by modifying a few articles and putting this to the vote of my Imperial Diet, the final bill will be put to the vote in June 5078. |
