Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

| Government program: 1. Save the banks : The government subsidizes private enterprises that face bankruptcy. 2. Protect human rights: -Conscientious objectors are exempted. -The nation shall never use nuclear weapons in warfare unless another nation uses them first. -Paramilitaries are allowed but are heavily regulated by the government. -Prisoners of war must be treated well, according to internationally-accepted standards. -The use of cannabis is legal. -All forms of physical punishment are illegal. -Torture is never allowed. -The government does not maintain laws as to age limitation for purchasing video games, although it does require a content rating to be clearly displayed on the box. -Forced marriages are illegal. -Divorces are legal, be it mutual consent, grounded cause or if one partner wants it. -The government allows all consenting adults to obtain civil marriage contracts. -Public blasphemy is considered a minor offense. -Religious schools are allowed, but are strictly regulated. Only recognised religions may set up religious schools. 4. Increase the infrastructure, health and social services,Science and Technology by 3 billions LPD. We have a large surplus. 3. Stability - NO OTHER PIECE OF LEGISLATION can be passed. The coalition partners have to stick strictly to the government program and reject everything else. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker, The LP is moving way to fast. We never heard from them and are expecting us to follow these programs blindly without consulting us. HoL wishes stability in the Empire. Altough we have common ground on certain issues, we are miles apart on others, some mentioned in the program outlined here today in parliament. |
