Message | Mr. Speaker, what amount of Constituents will there be in NCC? If there's no answer from Government, we would propose 200 Constituents, 40 from every province, so that we could try and represent every Saridani in Convention, since Progressiewe agree with State President on that idea. Melisse Kuiper, Leader of Progressiewe. |

Message | Ms. Kuiper, The proposal of 40 seats for each province is a good idea. The House had not reached an agreement on how many seats there should be in the NCC. On the one hand, the Representatives were divided, many supported the proposal that the NCC should have between 200 seats, the other side was conflicted because they wanted to keep the current number of seats. However, the House has come to an agreement, and that is that the proposal you have given us will be added to this project. Tjaart Booysens, Speaker of the House of Representatives. |

Message | Mr. Speaker of the House, I come in my capacity as Representative, to propose to my colleagues, as well as to our Progressiewe collaborators, that we should take into account that with the Constituent Assembly, Saridan will temporarily become a Transitional State. I would like to propose to this honorable House, that while the Constituent is in effect and for the duration of the Constituent, the position of Provisional President of Saridan be created. This will be done while the Constituent is in office and, after it establishes the successor to the position of the current State President, that it ceases to function and until the New Constitution is ready and there are new general elections. This is only a suggestion that we will discuss, if consensus is not reached, then there will be no problem. I formally end my speech before this House. Nelius Raubenheimer, Representative for Tasselstat (SDU) |

Message | Members of Parliament and our Collaborators at Progressiewe, If there are no more suggestions for the Constitutional Convention, I suggest that this act go to a vote to approve the election and thus draft a new constitution. In the event that consensus has not been reached or if there are more suggestions, this record will remain open for discussion. Tjaart Booysens, Speaker of the House of Representatives. |
