| Luthori Supreme Court and Regional Supreme Courts Foundation Act: The Law on the foundation of the National and Regional Supreme Courts is an idea of Jack W. (William) Rouby, liberal politician and federalist of the Progressive Party, he occupies the position of Chief of Staff of the Leader of the Party: Zachary Wilson, he a deputy progressive for 10 years has been re-elected twice in his constituency, as a politician he has seen the rapid division and militarization of Lutheran society, like most of the Progressive Party, whether communists or liberals, he thinks that the lack of judicial institutions is the result of these radicalizations, he decided with the support of the PP, to submit a law to the vote of the Imperial Diet, this law consists in establishing a National Supreme Court, which would deal with cases national, and Ducal Supreme Courts, which would deal with local affairs, the two types of Courts have almost the same role, which is justice, the local Courts must enforce the law, justice and the community. Lutheran constitution in the duchies, they are responsible for tribunals and courts in all the duchies, but they too, are under the jurisdiction of the National Supreme Court, which is independent of the national government, members of the Ducal Supreme Courts will be appointed to 2/3 by the members of the Ducal Diets and one third by the Minister-President, their members will be fixed at 10, the last member is the President of the Court, he will be elected by the other judges, the candidates will be proposed by the Diet and by the Minister-President, but they will not be obliged to elect the proposed candidates, they will elect a candidate of their choice and he must be elected unanimously, he must swear loyalty to the Emperor, to the Constitution and to make justice reign during all his reign, all the appointed members will be for life. For the National Supreme Court, the system there is a little more different, the Court must uphold the Constitution, the law and justice throughout the country, if a Ducal Supreme Court renders a decision deemed unjust by the National Supreme Court and that one of the parties has decided to appeal the decision, the Court can open an investigation and quash the decisions of all the courts of the country, the members are 20 in number, 9 are appointed by the Imperial Diet, 6 are appointed by the government and 4 by His Imperial Majesty Emperor Eowin VII, the last member is also the President of the Court and as for his counterparts of the duchies, he is elected by the accomplices and he is elected for his whole life like the other members of the courtyard. |
