Here are the rules:

1. The Imperial Seal Bearer/Prime Minster must answer all questions or a member of the cabinet if directed to a member.

2. The largest party in opposition may ask 5 questions to the government.(If they tie in seats then the largest party will be determined by popular vote.)

3. Smaller parties on the cross bench may ask 1.

4. If a party holds no seats in the Diet/Assembly they are not allowed to ask questions.

6. Members of the coalition may not ask questions to the government. However, they are permitted to submit questions as members of the shadow cabinet to the Opposition Leader to ask in their place.

7. Confidence and Supply party members may ask questions.


When asking a question you must ask the speaker but direct it to a Minster by the title of the office.

Naming and Line of Succession Act:
Below will have the name of each position in cabinet and shall have the duties laid out on what they control. Also is the line of succession should someone resign from Government.

Imperial Seal Bear/Prime Minster
Role of the Office:
The Imperial Seal Bear directs both the executive and the legislature, and together with their Cabinet is accountable to the Parliament.

(The Great Four)- The top four Roles in Government:

1. Internal Affairs - Deputy Imperial Seal Bear/ Deputy Prime Minster
Role of the Office:
Deputy Imperial Seal Bear is the second-highest officer in the executive branch government and ranks first in the line of succession. It is First Secretary of State which is the senior Cabinet minister.


2. Finance - Chancellor of the Exchequer
Role of the Office:
Chancellor of the Exchequer is responsible for developing and executing the government's public finance policy and economic policy.


3. Foreign Affairs - Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs (Foreign Secretary)
Role of the Office:
Foreign Secretary is responsible for protecting and promoting Holy Luthorian Empire (Luthori) interests worldwide.

4. Infrastructure and Transport - Secretary of State for the Home Department (Home Secretary)
Role of Office:
The Home Secretary is responsible for immigration, security and law and order. As such it is responsible for policing, fire and rescue services , visas and immigration and the Security Service.

Role of the Office:
Secretary of State for Defence is the government department responsible for implementing the defence policy set by the Government.

6. Trade and Industry - Secretary of State for International Trade and Industry (Trade Secretary)
Role of the Office:
Secretary of State for International Trade and Industry is the government department responsible for government for striking and extending trade agreements between the Holy Luthorian Emipre and other nations.


7. Health and Social Services - Secretary of State for Health and Social Care (Social Care Secretary)
Role of the Office:
Secretary of State for Health and Social Care is the government department responsible for government policy on health and adult social care matters.

8. Education and Culture - Secretary of State for Education (Education Secretary)
Role of the Office:
Secretary of State for Education is the government department responsible for child protection, education (compulsory, further and higher education), apprenticeships and wider skills.

9. Food and Agriculture - Secretary of State for Food and Rural Affairs (Rural And Food Secretary)
Role of the Office:
Secretary of State for Food and Rural Affairs is the government department responsible food production and standards, agriculture, fisheries and rural communities.

10. Environment and Tourism - Secretary of State for the Environment and Tourism (Environment Secretary)
Role of the Office:
Secretary of State for the Environment and Tourism is the government department responsible for environmental protection, and to promote tourism in the nation.

11. Justice - Chancellor of Justice
Role of the Office:
The Chancellor of Justice: The department is responsible for areas of constitutional policy, human rights law and information rights law. Can be added to if national laws change.

12. Science and Technology- Secretary of State for Digital,Science and Technology
Role of the Office:
The Secretary of State for Digital,Science and Technology is a department of the United Kingdom government, with responsibility for Science, Digital and Technology upgrades
