Message | Though popular, I am not yet convinced by this proposal. How do we define 'National'? I know it may mean nothing in the ense of the game but If the DR can propose an acceptable definition of National, I prefer it. |

Message | Here's the actual Government policy concerning granting nationality. (national of this state without implication of having citizenship rights) Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality |

Message | What's wrong with those wanting to become citizens passing a test? Are we going to allow people to become citizens without knowing our history or our language? How would they be able to prosper in our society. They would be marginalized and not allowed to participate fully in all of the benefits of the nation because of that even if they are citizens. We want people to become assimilated quickly into our society not make them feel as though they are second class citizens because they don't know our history or language. |

Message | they already have to pass a test for gaining nationality. The selection of citizens is against the idea of democracy. Who are censors? are they liberals or conservatives? |
