| FC 6 is revised to read: The Civil Gendarmerie portion of the National Gendarmerie will be commanded by and report to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. This will conform the paper organization to current practice. The Civil Gendarmerie, the subject matter of this bill, remains part of the National Gendarmerie and hence the military. The Civil Gendarmerie shall be paid by the Ministry of the Interior while this legislation is in force. |
