| Executive Order DP-52649: Reform of the Imperial Security Service : The Homeland Security Act having failed to pass the Diet, the Government has decided to take matters into its own hands, seeing that some politicians want to continue the same policies that make our country so unstable, Prime Minister Wilson has enacted a series of Executive Orders that even though the Homeland Security Act failed to pass the Diet, its articles will still be enforced. Effects : The Imperial Security Service will be disbanded and replaced by three spy or intelligence organizations, the Foreign Intelligence Office (FIO), the Luthorian Bureau of Investigation (LBI) and National Security Agency (NSA) The powers of the three intelligence agencies will be strictly separated to avoid any interference by one agency or another on another. The Foreign Intelligence Office is the foreign intelligence agency of the Luthori, the Foreign Intelligence Office is headed by a director appointed by the Government and revocable at any time by the Prime Minister, his powers will be to collect information on countries, organizations or even individuals abroad, it will have to work with the NSA or with the LBI in the field of counterintelligence, the FIO is the one that deals with agents abroad. The Luthorian Bureau of Investigation is the agency responsible for supporting the Police and the Army, it is also the judicial agency, dealing with carrying out investigations within the borders of Luthori, it works in very close link with the NSA on the fact of counterintelligence, it will take care of the interrogations of suspects threatening the security of the nation. It will be headed by a President who will be appointed by the Prime Minister for a period of 10 years, and it will be under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The National Security Agency is the agency in charge of Counterintelligence within Luthori's borders and outside, it is responsible for monitoring states that are in tension with Luthori (such as Beluzia) in collaboration with the Foreign Intelligence Office, and must take charge of Counter-Espionage, thwarting cyber attacks, terrorist attacks from other countries or terrorist organizations wishing harm to Luthori by collaborating with the other two agencies. It will be headed by a Director appointed for 15 years by the Government and will be under the supervision of the Ministry of Foreign and Internal Affairs. |
