Description[?]:

The Progressive Party, under the leadership of Sarah Willimings, has not changed its position on federalism, she thinks it is the best system for the country, but she knows that the state has too little power against the government ducal governments, so the PP decided to put to the vote laws restricting more and more the power of ducal governments such as the Justice Reform Act or the Environmental Reform Act, which take powers from local governments, giving them to the national government, to avoid that some duchies take anti-Luthorian laws.
