Article 1 - This act of the Zardic Senate formally establishes the representation of the "Zardic government" or the "Federal government";

Article 2 - Each cabinet-level office of the Zardic government will be known as a “Department”, at its head will be an appointed “Secretary”. Beneath the appointed “Secretary” will be an immediate Deputy Secretary, underneath them any number of Under Secretaries, Deputy Under Secretaries, Assistant Secretary and then appointed Directors;

Article 3 - The current designation for cabinet-level offices includes: Department of Foreign Affairs, Department of Defense, Department of Finance, Department of Justice, Department of Internal Affairs, Department of Infrastructure and Transport, Department of Health and Social Services, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Education and Culture, Department of Science and Technology, Department of Food and Agriculture and Department of Environment and Tourism;

Article 4 - Each appointed Secretary will have authority to manage, organize or alter the structure of their respective departments as necessary.

Article 5 - Underneath the Federal government of the Zardic Federation are the 5 States (Augustan: Ŝtato) which includes the State of Ingomo, State of Sakvejo, State of Unkaso, State of Endiraho and the State of Kalvario. Each State will have an elected Governor (Augustan: Reganto) and a local assembly;
-- Sub-Article 1 - Ingomo State Assembly; Sakvejo State Senate, Unkaso Chamber of Deputies, Kalvario State Assembly and Endiraho House of Delegates are the current names of the State-level legislatures.
-- Sub-Article 2 - Each State-level legislature will be responsible for its own functions and determined as per the size of the population in each respective state.

Article 6 - Beneath the authorities of local state governments would be further sub-divisions, they will be called a "County" (Augustan: Graflando) and will have an elected County Executive (a title of local choice is permitted but will largely be called "County Executive"). Each County will have an elected County Legislature to be determined as per population and will be responsible for local government services as proscribed by both Federal, State and Local laws;

Article 7 - Underneath County-level governments will be a number of cities, incorporated villages and other localities that will be determined by Federal, State and Local laws;

Article 8 - The Zardic Government Restructuring Act authorizes the creation of Beleco as a "Federal District" with provides itself independent of the State of Endiraho and place it underneath direct control of the Imperial Senate.
