| We must welcome those who come to our nation from others to experience our freedom and help make our country stronger. Our economy needs these people in fields spanning from agriculture to astrophysics. Without accepting immigrants, our labor and intelligence markets will become stagnant and our nation will be hard-pressed to compete against multicultural, melting-pot countries. |

Old value:: Only those born in this country or to nationals receive nationality.
Current: Anyone is able to claim nationality.
Proposed: Anyone receives nationality but immigrants must pass a test to gain nationality.
