Although our three islands have their own particular local cultures and history, they by no means constitute distinct nations and as such they ought not be endowed with sovereignty. The Triumvirate has decided to abolish the autonomy of the islands and restore a centralized and responsible Selucian government. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π. The Cassian Law on Confederalism (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=633829) is repealed. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ. Selucia shall be divided into three Prefectures, corresponding to the territories of the three main Selucian islands (Aquilonia, Oleria, and Sadaria). ππ«ππ’ππ₯π πππ. Each Prefecture shall be headed by a Praetorian Prefect, who shall serve as the representative of the State in the Prefecture. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π ππ. The Praetorian Prefects shall be appointed by a decree of the Prince of the Republic following the proposal of the Aedile (Minister) of Internal Affairs. ππ«ππ’ππ₯π π. The mandate of the Praetorian Prefects be of the same length as the legislative term.
