WHEREAS the workers of Ikradon are currently denied collective representation in the workplace, and, WHEREAS collective representation of workers is necessary to prevent exploitation and unfair treatment, and, RECOGNISING the positive role that labour unions play in securing important worker's rights, NOW THEREFORE, the Democratic Republic of Ikradon hereby legalises the establishment of labour unions. |
