Message | Mr. Speaker, If the Michaelists want to discuss the effects of secularism on a nation, we urge them first to explain how a state founded on the teachings of a mad hermit in the desert five thousand years ago is morally or practically superior to one founded on the principles of logic and reason. Obviously, to a devout Hosian, Eliyahu is far more than a mad hermit, as our party admits, but to the quarter of the population that does not recognize His divinity, a nation founded on His teachings would not be reasonable or just, and part of democracy is being palatable to all the citizens, not just those whose faith matches ours. |

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer. |
Random quote: "The decadent international but individualistic capitalism in the hands of which we found ourselves after the war is not a success. It is not intelligent. It is not beautiful. It is not just. It is not virtuous. And it doesn't deliver the goods." - John Maynard Keynes |
