(This will was proposed by the Minister of National Affairs Mark Norris) An employee of the state, when in function, represent the state. Religious symbols aren't neutral, they have meaning. This meaning get attached to the state when a representant of the state wear a religious symbol. The hutorian government is and must remain a secular state and we can't accept religious meaning and symbolism to be attached to the state. |
