The Government wants to increase welfare for our citizens in order to support them and increase quality life and opportunities. Among these provisions will be the introduction of a universal income that must guarantee a reasonable living for people with no work. For those who works the provisions must be reduced but must be given if salary don't reach the level of adeguate living.
Then we introduce a Children Benefit: every child until 18 will have a monthly benefit the family will can use to cover children related expenses: they can buy diapers, toys, pay for sport or cultural actives, buy books, school texts, school uniforms, ecc...
The Children Benefit is calculated for each family considering the family income, family asset, the number of children. The benefit decreases as the income increase.
