| After 6 years of DR-led cabinets, a war against the Brown Cross and the rampant inflation caused by the State of Emergency in the aftermath of the 5119 Diet Attack, the Brown Cross was voted in by the Luthorian people. 10 years ago, nobody would have thought about the Brown Cross winning an absolute majority. Today, it is possible in the next elections. In a few years, the BC went from being a large party to a party representing almost 50% of the voters. International medias have expressed concern at the thought of a Brown Cross cabinet while the international reputation of the country collapsed after the 5124 elections. Anti-Brown Cross political commentators are critical of the death sentence of Edward Straughan, arguing that it was a wrong decision that boosted the popularity of the party and made them look persecuted. |
