Jessica Walters the chairwoman of the newly formed committee that handles the appointment of judges and magistrates has blocked BC's attempt to install their judges. Walters stated that ' Democracy must be protected and this starts with the dismissal of BC's attempt to appoint brown colloured judges in to our system. '
