Description[?]:

In order to prevent potential terrorist attacks, the Brown Cross proposes a law against hate preachers.

Article 1: Anyone calling for insurrection and rebellion against the government will be sentenced to between one and ten years in prison and a fine of up to 10,000 LPD determined by the judge.
Article 2: Any audiovisual or written content that violently insults members of the government or violently criticizes the government's actions will be prohibited and its authors will be sentenced to a maximum of one year's imprisonment and a fine of 100 to 1000 LPD. Freedom of expression remains in force when the criticism is constructive and non-subversive
Article 3: Any association or organization sharing the contents referred to in articles 1 and 2 may be dissolved by the Ministry of the Interior and under the supervision of the Supreme Court.
Article 4: The assessment of the contents referred to in articles 1 and 2 is the responsibility of the judiciary.
