| The Diet hereby with the passage of this bill lift all & any curfew imposed anywhere in the country.The law will come into effect as soon as it is passed. Any curfew to be imposed must get approved by the Diet.The Prime Minister can't use his/her executive authority to do so. Passage requires simple majority of the legislature. |
