Bill: Curfew Policy Revision Bill

Details

Submitted by[?]: Drake Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2232

Description[?]:

In states of emergency, the government must have the ability to regain control of its citizens to protect the greater population. If there is a danger of substantial looting or rioting curfews may be declared at hours deemed necessary as long as they do not impede a persons ability to survive (buy food, clothing, go to government offices, etc.). The curfew may start no earlier than sundown and may extend no later than sunrise.

MessageI concur. I had this planned as well, actually. One suggestion though. Can we name time periods for curfews to be in place. I suggest from sundown to sun-up (whenever those may be each day).
