Whereas, the terrible effects and dangers of biological and chemical weapons are well known. Whereas, the Free Republic stockpiles these said weapons, and may use them in wartime, and this is both immoral and inhuman, even by the standards of war. Henceforth, and should this bill pass into Law, the Free Republic shall restrict these weapons completely, and only research shall be legal. |
