| Message | I think if people are willing to behave themselves, this could be good. Voting and proposing bills increases party visibility and solidifies positions, which is good in terms of game mechanics. |

| Message | And honestly, if someone proposes a bill with a dozen proposals in it, or whatever, you can just abstain on it. That's better than screwing your positions by voting against one of the proposals when your party supports several of the others. The CRP pledges never to create a bill with more than 5 proposals attached to it. |
