| Message | Ill make you a deal, ill vote in favor of legislation like this if and only if it includes provisions to create WMD's of our own. I’m not against WMD's, I am against other nations having them and us not. This was designed to prevent other nations from acquiring them, thus keeping us safer. The safety of Beluzia is, and always has been, my #1 priority. |

| Message | I can't change those laws until this treaty is cancelled. I am completely willing to do as you suggest. My idea is to allow nuclear research, and use of chemical weapons, but not use of nuclear weapons. I might even compromise on nuclear power (I know thats apet issue of yours). What I don't want is Beluzia being restricted by a treaty few nations have signed on to. |
