A LAW

To Reform the Education Laws of the Union.

Section 1: Education must occur at a school.
Section 2: Private universities are regulated to meet national standards.
Section 3: Private nursuries are regulated to ensure quality and safety.
Section 4: Private schools are regulated to ensure adequacy.
Section 5: Discipline levels are set by State governments.
