AMTPoH requests sweeping reforms: Article I: For too long now the Hobrazian law system has allowed foreign criminals to get away with crimes in their own nation, as long as the foreign government assures us that the suspect will not meet the death penalty then we should hand them over. Articles II & IV: The government should play an active role in the spiritual lives of the citizens, we the Axis Mundi Totalitarian Party of Hobrazia call for the formation of The Peoples Church of Hobrazia but with membership voluntary. The government should play a role in screening missionaries before they arrive to prevent any radical fundamentalists from spreading religious hate in Hobrazia. Article III: Torture of suspects should be at the discretion of the police officer but with some limits in place; I: The torture can only be in 30 minute sessions with 4 hours in between. II: It is not allowed to threaten death. III: A suspect should not recieve any torture that could cause a medical condition to worsen e.g. if suspect has a heart condition then he should not recieve any sort of elctric shock. IV: Any confession under torture would have to be signed out-with the torture. |
