Identity cards are basically Drivers licences. They will act as a way to ensure you are either the legal age for ceirtain things, or are allowed to enter ceirtain places (bars or Clubs, etc.). This of course should be voulentary for saying otherwise after such a long period of haveing them not required. It would only do not to enforce it apon those who wish either not to have it or see no need to have one. |
