Bill: RP: The Coalition accused of stacking courts with party loyalists
Details
Submitted by[?]: Luthorian People's Rally
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: April 5142
Description[?]:
The Justice Minister is being criticized as she has appointed over 100 new judges mostly from elite and aristocratic backgrounds — who will no doubt be party loyalists, with a fierce anti-Patriotic Bloc edge. The controversial move is completely in line with the constitution, which permits the Justice Minister to oversee the appointees of judges. Just in this previous week alone, the Justice Minister Veronica Miller has named 10 people to the vast courts in Luthori. Alan Fitzroy, the RFE party whip who sits on the Ministry of Justice advisory panel, said the new appointees have impeccable reputations and are independents at heart. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, It's clear that the CR doesn't know history on how the former BC -now PB- appointed their judges for the soul purpose of getting a favorable outcome in a train against their own party. Talking about hypocrisy. These judges are impeccable and know they have to be independent. Harold Humperdinck Leader Humperdinck Nationals (The Coalition) |

Message | Mr speaker, The right honourable gentleman says, is that because BC abused their ministerial positions, it’s perfectly fine for Minister Miller to do the same? The hypocrisy and lies coming from the coalition should shock no one by this point. We will make it a electoral promise to restore balance from the coalitions dictatorial tendencies.
