Se ognuno può proporre un governo, chiunque può portare a creare gabinetti formati da partiti tra loro diversi. Ad esempio, noi potremmo allearci con AL e PL, eliminando la possibilità dei partiti più piccoli di prender parte al potere. Se invece ogni partito è legato agli altri nella stessa coalizione, in questo modo anche i partiti più piccoli hanno un ruolo importante. |
