MessageNo it doesn't. It defines the sea borders surrounding Hobrazia and other Countries and guarantees an internationally backed treaty so that should any event occur in those waters that Hobrazia can act unilaterally within that area without fear of backlash from the international community. It has no influence whatsoever over the Hobrazian naval industry.

MessageWe are interested in expanding these borders so the hobrazian naval industry can expand and why should certain nations be favoured just because they are placed a lucky place by the gods?

Message"We are interested in expanding these borders so the hobrazian naval industry can expand" - The only way to accomplish this would be through military means. So, is the HPP intending to lead this Country into unnecessary conflict?

MessageWe have no intentions of expanding with military needs. The HPP believe in a strong military, but only for defensive purposes. We are working on a future policy to let the hobrazian naval industry get greater opportunities.

Random fact: It is not allowed to call more than 5 elections in 5 game years in a nation. The default sanction for a player persisting in the early election tactic will be a seat reset.
