| During the Imperial Diet meeting session on Thursday 21 December 5151, 3 days before Christmas, the Prime Minister delivered his Policy Address, announcing what his government would do during its remaining three years in office, the policies what the Prime Minister announced is that the government encourages the political parties within the Diet, to "engage in the path of negotiation with the government and the government will do the same", he announced that a council of constitutional experts, was going to reform the Constitution, on the basis of the draft Constitution constituted in 5118, but never put to a vote, because of the ultra conservative majority within the Imperial Diet and the State of Emergency of Palmer, having prioritized domestic politics and security than Luthori's reform. He also announced the Project "The Sun Never Sets" or "TSNS Project", a project, which aims in the long term, to equip Luthori with a nuclear armament, of at least 10 nuclear warheads. He declined to comment on the situation in Keymon, saying that he had said enough in previous sessions, he invited parliamentarians to put their questions to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs, David Ferresen, because being at the Foreign Affairs post, he is more aware of the real-time situation on the situation, but he reassured that the government is watching with a wide open eye, the situation that is happening in its backyard.
