Through this Constitution, written and enacted by the people and representatives of the people, will the lessons and principles of the great people's revolution continue for generations succeeding.

PREFACE
The People's Union of Hawu Mumenhes, with the strong movement of the Hawu proletariat, was established by Comrade Noah Helmsley, Governor of the Aqak Central Commune and Chairman of the NEW LIFE Union.

In the evening of October 15, 4978, the people made their way to Aqqak, where they show force and resistance against the old order. The armed troops have abandoned their posts and joined the people, as they too had nothing to lose anymore.

From this moment on, the People's Union has been established. Helmsley I went on to lead the country for 48 years, leading the rightful rebirth of Ikradon and established the democratic dictatorship of the proletariat, doing away the old order of fascists and oligarchs. As calls for national reconstruction and socialist renovation is underway, Helmsley I has called for the masses to be mobilized and educated to create a society fit for the future.
