| Boards of directors are the places where the big decisions for the company are taken, they will impact the economic decisions or even at the political level of the company, but most people forget that the boards of directors must also represent the employees of the company, not foreign or domestic investors, the rich having, for the most part, interests in common between them, the employees are for the most part subject to unfair decisions put in place by the management, the employees must have a say in company decisions, company employees representing other company employees will be elected by secret ballot and will be aided by trade unions to achieve good results for employees, without destroy corporate power. |
