| Article 1: Abortion is banned unless in case of incest. Each illegal abortion is punishable by six months to three years in prison and a fine of 300 LPD to 1000 LPD. Signed by the Minister-President of the Duchy of Orange, Stella Fabricant. Please vote YES OR NO. The law will take effect if the required 51 "yes" votes are in.
