The Civil Rights Act project is rather old, indeed, even if Carlston signed the Anti-Racist Treaty, no bill comes to completely ban racial segregation, private institutions and segregationist far-right cities have benefited and have implemented forms of discrimination, whether in hiring, in public spaces in another form of course, but it remains segregation, Prime Minister Kennedy and Deputy Prime Minister Davies proposed to the Assembly, a text of law on the prohibition of discrimination in all their possible and imaginable forms. Clause 1: Any form of discrimination and segregation on the basis of nationality, skin color, sexual orientation, religious beliefs and love beliefs is strictly prohibited by law. Clause 2: The legitimate government of the Republic may use all possible means to enforce Article 1, above. Clause 3: Any form of discrimination in hiring is prohibited by this law, if an employer chooses his employees do not have by their CV, but by the categories defined by Article 1, the company will have to pay a fine of 15,000 LPD to the victim of this discrimination and the person or the boss of this company may be sentenced to a big fine and ordered to pay an additional 6,000 LPD to the victim. Clause 4: Discrimination by individuals or by cities on certain subjects is prohibited. Clause 5: Luthori's government recognizes that all Luthorians must be born free and equal, they are all equal before the law. Clause 6: Discrimination or separation of schools between white people and other categories of people mentioned in article 1 is prohibited. Message | 1) We do not support prison for discriminating on the basis of nationality, skin color, sexual orientation, religious beliefs and love beliefs. A fine is enough. 2) Instead of "all people on the planet" we prefer "all Luthorians are born free and equal before the law" 3) "schools must be mixed between girls and boys and between all other minorities" should be removed. All-boys or girls schools should be allowed and the government should not make sure there are quotas of minorities in each school. What if the school is situated in a non-mixed locality? 4) Clause 8 is contrary to the Constitution. Every law can be repealed according to the Constitution |

Message | Clause 8 is ridiculous. Other than that, no issues. |

Message | We do not recognise this line: The legitimate government of the Republic may use all possible means to enforce Article 1, above. Any mention of a republic in fact. |

Random quote: "A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun therefore be your constant companion of your walks." - Thomas Jefferson |
