Description[?]:

About Tukarali:

Tukarali is a Portuguese-speaking country which was built and developed by immigrants from Artania, Seleya, Majatra and Dovani. In this regard, it can be considered to be a "settler nation-state" like the United States of America, Brazil, Australia and Argentina, but even more ethnically diverse. In short, the Lusitanians (Portuguese-speaking people who originated from Darnussia and its islands) moved to what is now known as Tukarali in order to flee measures taken in Darnussia to Artanianise (Germanise) the country. Fleeing persecution, the Lusitanians established the Tukarese state but quickly adopted a liberal immigration policy in order to encourage more people to arrive to develop the country. This explains the diverse ethnic composition of Tukarali.

Ethnicity:

Tukarali has a mixed-race society consisting of Brancos (Whites), Pardos (Mixed-race people), Pretos (Blacks) and Orientais (Easterners).

MessageOOC: The only difference is a small correction in the adjectives used:

Lusitâniana -> Lusitana: Lusitanians are real, the correct adjective being Lusitana/Lusitano.

Tukarêse -> Tukarense: Tukarêse is a weird adjectivation of Tukarali, leading to a weird pronunciation. Tukarense has a better flow in a normal sentence, and is probably how the adjectivation would happen naturally.

Example: Madeira's adjective is Madeirense, and not Madeirêse.

Random fact: In Culturally Protected nations, it is the responsibility of players to ensure the candidate boxes on their Party Overview screens are filled in with appropriate names. If a player is allotted seats in a Cabinet bill and has not filled in names for the relevant candidate position, then the program will automatically fill in the positions with names which might not necessarily be appropriate for the Cultural Protocols.

Random quote: "We pursue no other aim than freedom from oppression, liberty from lies, salvation from irrationality!" - Julius Callus, former Davostani politician
